Botei Bill (ボ帝ビル, Bo Emperor Bill) is a major antagonist of the Cho Aniki series and the final boss in Cho Aniki. In the western version of Cho Aniki Zero he was named Balzac.
Overview[]
Botei Bill is the ruler of the Builder Empire centered on the Bo Star and ten times consecutive winner of the Great Galactic Bodybuilding Contest. After his empire starts to run dry on protein resources he begins a campaign to indiscriminately invade the neighboring star systems and set up protein mining plants, enslaving their inhabitants to work on those protein facilities. He is married to Botei Conscious, who would attempt to avenge his death, and would later reincarnate as Botei Slam.
Botei Bill is shown as a large muscular man wearing a speedo, a belt with the Builder Empire Symbol, anklets and a horned helmet, sometimes also wearing a cape.
Cho Aniki[]
The final boss in the game, Botei Bill initially fights the player mano-a-mano, utilizing similar attacks to the player such as a spread shot and energy balls. After taking some damage he'll summon two bodybuilders to act as his options, with them launching at the player and firing gigantic laser beams forward. After the two are defeated Botei will launch clones of himself and fire his own huge beam.
After he takes enough damage he will move into the background, boarding a giant mecha which will attempt to crush the player between two pillars. In this phase the player must shoot the mecha's nose ring in order to defeat it.
